DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
- Way and Time of Delivery
Dates and delivery times: The delivery days of your products are from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 5 pm for all of Greece.
Product Delivery Time: Subject to what is expressly set out in these Terms of Use and Transactions If your order is completed until 12:30 pm Monday through Friday, the products are delivered to Athens within two (2) business days and within three (3) business days of working days in the rest of Greece. If your order is completed by submitting it to us after 12:30, the delivery time increases by one business day, as described above.
These deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transfer and delivery times.
- Delivery Delay
Our Company makes every effort to ensure the timely and appropriate delivery of your products, but we reserve the reservation that the delivery of your product (s) may be delayed if there is a force majeure event such as extreme weather events, strikes, or any other event outside of our sphere of influence and control which may affect the delivery and delivery of your order. In the above cases, we will contact you to ask if you would like to deliver your order without the product that has been delayed or unavailable, or to suggest an alternative, or to inform you about the delivery time of the product that is not directly available. If your proposal does not satisfy you, you have the right to cancel the order in whole or in part and to refund any money you have paid, in any case, to give you the alternatives available to our Company. In case of delay, you can contact our Company by calling +30 22860 21410 or by emailing info@deco-store.gr in which you can also declare your cancellation in the whole or part of the order.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The shipments are carried out throughout Greece in cooperation with top transport and courier companies, from which deco-store.gr has secured affordable charges for the needs of its customers. Correspondingly, shipments are made around the world in collaboration with internationally recognized shipping companies, ensuring the best possible prices for the customers of deco-store.gr.
